Coil Processing
Coils can be slit into multi widths in house on short lead times. Coil rewinds and directional film can also be applied using the bespoke Slitting line. Maximum coil weights are 10 tonnes for maximum efficiency. The slitting line is fundamentally for Euroclad manufacture feed, however please contact us for more information if you require any of the above services.
Flat Sheet
Euroclads' Cut to Length line can cut through steel in gauges of 0.4mm to a maximum of 0.9mm and Aluminium in 0.5mm to 1.2mm. Coil widths from 500mm to 1420mm can be cut to sizes of a minimum of 500mm to a maximum of 6000mm Daily capacity exceeds of 50 tonnes. Stocks of 1230mm x 3000mm are often available for next day delivery from the Corus & SSAB stock range
