Hoesch Additive Floor ® is a lightweight decking system, particularly suited to car park construction, comprising steel profiles which are subsequently topped with reinforced concrete. The decking system is roughly 40 percent lighter than solid concrete decking, utilizing up to 60% less concrete, while offering comparable load bearing capacity.

Floor Deck BrochureThe special profiling of the decking elements enables unsupported spans of over five meters which allows the use of fewer and slimmer beams, Hoesch Additive Floor ® significantly reduces material requirements, both in the steel structure and the foundations, and shortens construction times.

Furthermore, Hoesch Additive Floor ® is quick and easy to install.

The profiled sheets are lifted in bundles into the support structure of the car park by crane and can then be laid quickly by hand. The profiled sheets serve as a working platform and stabilize the structure during assembly. No props are required at any stage during the concreting process.
